FR0X10 Fairey Battle Belgium (A7)

Description :
Our Fairey Battle new kit will be available soon, in three boxes, amongst which we will have: FR0046 Fairey Battle in Belgium, with decals for T70  (Cne Glorie aircraft, shot down when attacking the Vroenhoeven bridge)

Attention: by mistake, the camouflage scheme given in the notices of the first decals has been inverted, we have given the EVEN scheme and for sure the ODD scheme has to be used. If the scheme is similar to the T70 in the FR0046 boxart, it's an even scheme.

Notice is ready

This sheet proposes alternate markings for one of these aircraft;

  • T73 (attack on Veldwezelt bridge, 11th of May, 1940, the aircraft survived, only to be destroyed on the following morning))
  • T63 (not available on the 10th of May, abandoned at Evere that same day)
  • T67 (destroyed on the 19 th)

 who did have an odd number and in consequence a camouflage differing from the T70 (the three kits have all parts needed to built a Belgian Battle). Roundels on proportions 1/3/5, technical data (when applied) were only on port.

Our warmest thanks to IPMS Belgium, to Daniel Brackx (site www.belgian-wings.be) and Jean Goderniaux
